Do you think it is healthy for married people to hang out with single people or should they only hang out with other married folks. Is there too much temptation because single people have different motives when they are out on the town and could that rub off on the married people in the group. Do the single friends brag about their conquests around the married ones significant other and give them reason for concern? Do the single friends respect their the fact that their friends are married? Are the married people to uptight and always trying to get their single friends to get married? Do the married people judge the single people and try to give them advice? What do you think?

New Year Resolution!!!

Alright folks we are officially into the New Year. Let’s talk about the long standing tradition of making a “so-called” promise to change something about yourself. Let’s be real how many of you have ever followed through on a New Year resolution. How many of you have lost weight and stayed that weight for the entire year, walked away from a bad relationship and stayed away, or have left the job that you hate and found another one? It’s sounds so good when we say it but we all know that it is a bunch of hot air. Now that I got that out let me know what your resolution is for this year.

What if it were in New England?

With the oil still gushing at alarming rates in the gulf, I am wondering if there would be a quicker solution if the oil spill was in New England. Just imagine if this disaster had happened near New England or off the California coast would there be more urgency in finding a solution. Just like Katrina it seems that the Government is not so much of a hurry to fix things. In New Orleans the fixed up the Superdome and surrounding areas pretty swiftly, and they ensured that there was plenty of media coverage about that, but travel to down to the areas that are not affected by tourism and see how much has been done. Just something to make think!!

Why such a big deal?

With the free agency in full effect every one is trying to impress LeBron James in order to get him to play in their city. The one question that I have is why is someone that has not won anything significant as a team. He is regarded one of the two best players in NBA and has won back to back most valuable player awards but yet no NBA title. There are other players out there such as Dwayne Wade who has one an NBA title but not getting all the buzz. Once again I ask “Why such a big deal?”

I’ve been watching videos and reading gossip sites in my down time and I got to ask you, what’s up with these chains. Do they have to be so big? Do you really need to have your face or your name bedazzled in gems and diamonds on the end of a chain ? I ask you would you really pay alot of money for a gaudy ass chain even if you had alot of money? I hope most of this jewelry is fake.
